3. memberikan edukasi kepada kalangan generasi muda tentang ORARI, ini bisa dilakukan di sekolah tingkat SMA, khusus untuk SMK pengenalan ORARI bisa diikutkan di mata pelajaran komunikasi dan informatika minimal sekali 1 semester
